Here is a brief overview of how this virtual environment works:

Schedule
The schedule provides the list of sessions throughout the event.

To watch during the live sessions, click on the “Watch Live” button on the top right of the Schedule. This will launch the video player.

DESKTOP VIDEO PLAYER
Once the video player has launched, as long as there is a session running, you can watch the session live. You will see that you have several controls at the bottom of your player window:

1. Full screen button – Makes the player full screen.
2. Caption button – Turn captions on and off. The captions in English are played within the player. The French, Spanish and German captions open in a new tab.
3. The ASL button turns the American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation window on/off.
4. Help button – When clicked opens the help web page on a new tab.

SPEAKERS
This area provides access to more information about the session speakers by simply clicking on the speaker's image to learn more about them.
